At Datosbiensintetizados S.R.L. (hereinafter, 'the Company'), with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Of. B, C1043AAZ, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users' personal data in accordance with Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its regulatory decree, as well as the applicable regulations of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when completing forms on our site: full name, email address, and the content of your message. We do not collect sensitive data as defined in Article 2 of Law 25,326.
3. Purpose of processing
The data collected is used exclusively to respond to your inquiries, provide information about our real estate crowdlending services, and, if you request it, keep you informed about new projects. We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on your free, express, and informed consent, granted when completing the contact form (Art. 5, Law 25,326). You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting contacto@datosbiensintetizados.com.
5. Storage and security
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement technical and organizational measures consistent with the state of the art to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or destruction of data. The database is registered with the AAIP in accordance with Disposition 11/2006.
6. Retention period
We retain your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and in any case for no longer than two (2) years from your last interaction with us, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Data subject rights
In accordance with Law 25,326, you have the right to access, rectify, update, and delete your personal data. You may exercise these rights by sending an email to contacto@datosbiensintetizados.com with the subject 'Exercise of ARCO rights'. The AAIP, as the supervisory body, has the authority to handle complaints and claims (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).
8. International data transfer
We do not transfer your personal data outside of the Argentine Republic. Should it become necessary in the future, it will be done exclusively to countries that offer an adequate level of protection according to AAIP standards.
